The website is hosted by STRATO. When you access it, technically necessary connection data, including your IP address, is transmitted to the hosting provider. The specific logging and retention depend on the hosting configuration.
Contact enquiries
The contact form transmits your name, email address, optional company, selected topic and message to the website server and then to the configured contact mailbox. Your details are used to process your enquiry. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
A necessary session cookie named sd_contact protects the form. Pseudonymised IP identifiers and counters are stored server-side to limit automated requests. After the one-hour window expires, the counters are renewed on the next submission attempt. Messages are not additionally stored in a separate form database. You can also contact us directly by email.
External services
This website links to LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Springer, Amazon and Payhip. Their content is not embedded here. Opening a link takes you to the external service, where that provider’s privacy notice applies.
Cookies and analytics
Optional Matomo visitor analytics is prepared but currently disabled. Before activation, the operator, hosting, retention and processing details must be added to this notice. The prepared tracker loads only after explicit consent and uses no analytics cookies. The choice would be stored in your browser under sd_analytics_choice and could be changed through Analytics settings. Form contents are not sent to the analytics tool.
Fonts and images are served without external font services or image platforms.
Downloads and eBook
Product links open Payhip. Email collection for checklist delivery, ordering, payment and product access take place on the external product and checkout pages, not in a checkout hosted on this website. Payment is configured through Payhip with Stripe. Please review the information displayed by these providers before submitting your data.
Free checklists require an email address on Payhip. Downloads and purchases do not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Appointments and email newsletter
External appointment booking and a separate email newsletter are prepared but not connected. Their providers and processing details must be added before activation. A separate email newsletter would require its own registration and email confirmation.
